The ten commandments say's:
Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
Isn't Jesus idolized by Christians and non Christians alike? Many non Christians, non church visiting people, such as someone in into the Goth fad, wear crosses, have images of Jesus, etc...
I don't understand why Christians do? Are Christians putting Jesus before God?
A cross of Jesus in a church is visualized before God, is this not a symbol ? A cruxification of Christ.
Why doesn't Christians worship, Jesus the same way they worship God, spiritually, without the symbols & idolization ? Statues, crosses, cruxification statues, etc...
If Jesus died for the sins of all humans, then why do Christians continue to idolize him, and continue to sin, doesn't make sense. Shouldn't Christians be setting examples.
Not all Christians and churces do this, but majority of them do

Seems your question is a lot about using symbols as a part of worship. Regarding that, the answer is: Christians should NOT use symbols as a part of their worship. Many will disagree. In addition to Exodus 20:4,5 (which you mentioned), also see 1 Corinthians 10:14
Jehovah God is ALMIGHTY, Christ is his Son. Jesus should NOT be placed above the Father. We are not suppose to even pray TO Jesus, but to God THROUGH Jesus' name because he did die for us. We are not supposed to idolize Jesus.
We are, however supposed to follow the example of Jesus and be examples to others.
But, we are not Jesus. He was perfect and we're far from it. We'll make many mistakes over and over again. We are suppose to keep trying to be footstep followers of Christ though to bring glory and honor to God.
Hypocrisy is also a problem. As you said, not all Christians and Churches are guilty of it, but the majority are.
The Bible says such would be the case. Even in Jesus' day the religious leaders and people were guilty.
It's nice that you recognize that.

God has created, is running, and will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe. God was, is, will be everywhere, God was never Created and will never die / be destroyed. God is beyond Life and Death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

Your question is absurd "are Christians putting Jesus before God?" JESUS IS GOD. We do not worship statures or crucifixes we VENERATE them.Where do you get your information about all these lies?
EDIT....Instead of worrying about statues etc. why don't you put your energy into converting sinners.Time is running out.God's Mother Mary is telling us that God is displeased with what has been going on in this Earth. His patience is nearly exhausted. Our Lord is displeased and that men of all races must mend their ways. She tells us to pray=pray and pray from the heart,do penance for our sins, meditate, fast, read sacred Scripture.Pray the Holy Spirit will come down, out pouring on your family. When God comes He will not be joking!(and she is not talking about what you claim is "idol worship")
EDIT.....Are you a Christian or a non Christian ?
EDIT.....The Pope wears a Crucifix .He is Christ's Vicar on Earth. He holds the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven, past on by Peter. The position of the Pope bestows upon him an infallibility from God. According to you the Pope is committing a sin for wearing a crucifix.God would not like you saying that.

The ten commandments are bogus. There was more than one set of ten commandments and they did not agree at all. When the disciples asked Jesus for the greatest commandment, He quoted from Deuteronomy, not any of the multiple lists of ten commandments. To love God is the foundational commandment. How can we love a God we do not know? How can we know God unless The Holy Spirit reveals Him to us? How can The Holy Spirit reveal Him to us if we cannot tell the difference between the unholy and Holy spirits?

Exactly the point I tried making before on here.
People do worship Jesus and call him God, but he was a man, a profit.
It says in the bible, there is only 1 God.

Jesus was God in the flesh.
The cross is just a symbol of Christianity. We do not worship statues or crosses.
I didn't realize that people stopped sinning.
It is through Jesus Christ that we are saved and by the Grace of God that we are forgiven.

It is religion. Religion is chaos. They don't have any rules. They all make up their own guidelines. Little wonder it makes no sense. About the only thing they agree on is that they hate atheists. Jebus told them in their bibble not to hate, but atheists are an exception, I guess. Religion does not have to make sense, evidently. One just uses whatever part is convenient.
