He wouldn't. He would have far more intelligence than to lower himself to even thinking about a twenty something kid, no matter how intelligent, handsome, fit and musical genius said twenty something professed to be ! ! !

It would all depend on what the twenty something kid did to piss the sixty year old off. He's been around a LOT longer than the kid who thinks he knows it all.

Maybe because the older man feels that he should have done more with his own life when he was young and is jealous. Regret in your life can lead to bitterness. There is also the chance that he feels that the younger person is wasting their chances and finds it hard to express his concern perhaps knowing how hard it is to get that time lost back. There is usually a reason behind bitterness as people aren't born that way.

what did the 20 something kid do? play loud music when the old guy tries to take his afternoon nap? fix a good smelling pizza (which the old man cant have anymore because of health problems) was the geezers wife so busy doing laundry and cooking for the kid that she was getting worn out before the old couples bed time?

20 something is NOT a kid, hes an adult in every way except, by the sounds of it, mentally
How come the oldies are always made out to be in the wrong, I truly doubt he would be 'jealous' as seems the popular view, many oldies wouldn't turn back the clock for a million dollars.

Is the 20 y.o. "kid" acting like an a-hole?

20 something is no kid. My father was working to support a family and his parents at that age. Just grow up.

Because a 60 year old finds himself incompetent to match . with the present generation kids in almost all facets of life activities.

Because the 60 year old man is still immature or selfish. We have a relative in their late 40's who was once mad at one of our teenagers. It was the most ridiculous thing. More like a toddler tantrum.

When you are 20yrs old, you no longer qualify as a kid. You are supposed to be a man at that age.
