So im in search of answer for myself. Should i believe in God or no?
If not then I should not really care what people have to say. But i have such a good heart. How do i explain that to myself?
BUt if there is a god, i dont think i wanna pick any other religion. Look at all the segregations going on in the world due to religions.
I want to hear the point of view of an athiest
And also If there is no god how would I feel if one of my loved onces becomes ill. Would I just say that she will be reincarnated? or its the philosophy of life?
I DONT think so!

If you feel you need deity to explain all of these different kinds of things, then it looks like you have no choice.

I, however, do not need deity in any way to explain good deeds, human suffering, human accomplishment, tragic events in my life, etc.

If you're not sure whether to believe in god and you think that religion is something you shop for like a tee-shirt, I'd say choose to believe.

You're obviously not ready for the critical thought required for atheism.

Its the old theist philosophy isn't it? I want there to be an afterlife - so I believe there is one. What about if someone close to you died and you didn't want them to have died in the first place - would that stop is being real? No. Reality is not what would give us most comfort. The universe is not here to make you feel warm, cozy and safe. If you can get your head around that you may arrive at some important realisations.

No one can make this decision for you.....I personally do not believe in a god but there is no proof one way or the other.I am still a good human being.People become ill and die no matter what your beliefs.I researched all religions and studied different beliefs for many many years before coming to my final decision. There are still things that can not be explained by religion or science. In the end ultimately it is up to you and what makes you truly feel comfortable in your heart.

Half a god.

Look... in the end we can't decide this for you.
Only you can decide what you want to believe.

But if you want my personal viewpoint.... I'd say it doesn't matter one way or another whether you believe in a god or not. If your loved ones become ill then make sure they get medical help and maintain a self-confident attitude.... and there isn't much else you can do... irrespective of belief.
There is no special wager on which is the right thing to believe, as there are as many possible beliefs in the world as there are people.....
You just have to find yours..... alone.

Just don't go ascribing to any beliefs in things you're not totally sure of.... ok? Think it all over carefully first.

God has created, is running, and will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin and Destination of the Universe. God was, is, will be everywhere, God was never Created and will never die / be destroyed. God is beyond Life and Death. All religions of world teach human way to get close to God. You give your Best, God will give thy Best. Ask God for help and forgive, God will help and forgive you. Pray; Worship and Thank God for everything. Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow. For Success in Life; Believe in Self and God, Learn from Past, Concentrate in Present, Plan for Future. Have control on, be the master of, not the slave of your body, senses, and mind. Purpose of this Life is to Gain and Share utmost Knowledge and Experience to differentiate and choose Right, Good, God against Wrong, Bad, Devil. Set your Desire level perfect or OK to be brave, no low to be coward, no high to be cruel. You have rights of Survival, Self Defence, and Freedom.

i believe it would be nice to think there is a god but i'm more into evolution just because it is more believable and makes sense. but on the other hand what made evolution and started everything. i think it is one of those questions just no one will ever know.

oh and another thing some religions that believe in god say if you don't worship or go to church you will go to hell... wait a minuet, what about all the people that die like babes before they are one or before they go to church. and the people in in the early ages that may haven't herd or thought of a god before.

I hope you are sincere. Yes there is a God. He/She is our Creator. Every creation has to have a creator. Creation as we know it: birds, bees, humans, rocks, plants, buildings personal computers they all had creators. Creation can't create itself.
The Mona Lisa painting was created by Da Vinci. It did not create itself. Atheism is interesting. Atheists are usually a very thoughtful and intelligent group. They claim to not believe in God but they usually spend alot of time talking about religion.
Mankind is the highest form of life on the planet we have souls and amazing abilities but we did not create ourselves or the earth we stand on, or the stars, or the planets.
We are spirits in a material world. Just traveling through time and this world to prepare for the next world which is life w/ God and His Holy Ones.

If you take time and read about Jesus it would be difficult to believe that our creator does not exist also if your heart is truly searching for God your reading will bring waters of refreshment to your soul.

> Should i believe in God or no?

You can't choose to believe. You either do believe or you don't. It sounds like you don't. So no, you probably shouldn't. Unless someone presents some sort of actual evidence for one.
