my homie was parked in a restarunt and when he was getting out his car some one hit his car and he was hurt the person that hit his car drove off my homie called the popo and filed a report and went to the er the popo said that the lp witnesses said they saw on the other car was stolen will my homie ins pay anything my homie only got liability

If he has there licence plate details and police report you should submit them to insurance agent if they will not help sue the owner of the stolen car his insurance will have to cover injury and damages. Hope he got licence plate details otherwise no course of action

naw brosiff liability only covers what he does if it was his fault unless the inscurance company had a option to pay extra for a personal injury coverage, if they find the ppl that did it hes gonna have to sue or u know bust some f*ckin melons peace
