I would rather have a girl friend that I found interestting and attractive. Probably for the same reasons that Girls prefere a popular Guy. They are more fun to be with. I am not popular with the ladies. I don't think I am unattractive and I am certainly not stupid but I am not one of the popular guys. I was married to an attractive inteligent woman for 12 years but in the end could not live with her any longer because of her behaviour. I have since then had two perfectly ordinary girl friends for a while but nothing serious developed between us.
I have been on my own for 15 years now and guess that is my own fault. If I made the effort to be more interested in a woman perhaps she would take more interest in me. I guess it works the other way round as well. Yes I would love to have a popular girl friend but I know it is never going to be. An ordinary non popular girl friend would be just that until she became popular with me. There will be someone who thinks that you are more than ordinary.

Guys who are looking for an actual relationship and not to just step up the social ladder at their local highschool will tell you it doesn't matter. I mean if your in college or beyond does popularity even matter anymore, I know it doesn't for me. People here if they arn't popular go and join a frat.
If your GF is popular with her groups of friends as in they all say what a nice person she is ect then yes I'd want that girl. If a girls popular for reasons besides beauty and money there's a great chance she's a wonderful person to be around. People don't get popular outside of highschool for money or beauty they need something more. Other wise they become popular in a bad way like "She's such a rich *****" or "man she's so easy" wouldn't want either of those two. However the girl I'm currently with is very popular with her friends (not just because she's beautiful mind you) because she hardly ever drinks and never does it to get drunk (enjoys a nice glass a wine) so she always helps her friends out with a ride if their completely off their face. She always listens to their problems and offers advice. She'll drop what she's doing if theirs an emergency even as little as "my car's broke down on the side of the road and I need a ride" and come get you, even if her favorite show has its season finale and theirs no rerun. She works hard for her future, but wants to see others succeed as well. She'll smile no matter how bad her day is, and even though she'll never call you back when she does answer she makes you feel like that long lost friend she's been waiting ages to hear from, even if you've just been blowing up her cell phone for the past hour and talked to her last night.
So as you can see I would choose the popular girl at my age (21) as popularity doesn't come around here without good reason.

Hey about that you need to think about this beauty is only something that is from the heart not what she looks like and think about this if she is popular then she will always have other guys around her and the chance to have your heart hurt will be there but as the normal girl she can be a great girl but she might be a snake that will strike at you when you think it should be perfect but remember this you have to make up your mind how you really care about man don't play with there hearts

Non popular (only if you mean popular as in those stuck up snobs), because they are not snobs.
If you mean popular as in just well known, then why not xD? If its a popular (in a good way) then yes (but I'd want the girl for the personality not the popularity).

since i have a gf who dosen't NEED to b popular, i'd go with the second one. you'll have a lot more fun with those cuz u can be to urselves all the time.
