I've been eating a lot of fast food, everyday it's a cheeseburger fries and a coke and cereal thats pretty much all i eat. and latley my face has been breakout city!!! What can i eat to clean out all that crap i put into my body and make my skin better?? I heard some kind of antioxidant helps... but what is that? Any fast meals that can help my appetite instead of choosing burgers? Thanks

you dont need detox - only people with digestive problems or parasites or drug addicts might use one.
God created our bodies to cleanse themselves with dietary fiber you get from food and water.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Keep some slim fast or food bars in your car. If you feel hungry, even a little bit, try and eat something at home before you leave. Munch on something even if you're not. Go to Subway or get a salad instead of fries.

Or do what I do, picture it all as fat and cellulite... that helps too. Just remember, you won't see the cheeseburger and fries this week... but next week when you wake up a little chubbier, you'll know why.

Takes discipline, but... YOU CAN DO IT!!! It's all in your head. Grab healthy snacks to carry with you or put in your purse. Go get em girl!!

the oil "greese" from the fries & burgers is breaking your face out.
drink more water or 100% juice. Instead of burgers at the drive thru order a chicken sandwhich, buritto, taco, roast beef, ham and cheese etc. Anything different from burgers. Or try subway, mix up your fast meals.
Tv dinners are also a good way to clean your body and eat plenty of fiber.

choose salads and iced tea. eat togos or other fast foods that are "healthy". I understand what you're going through. maybe give yourself a limit. 1-2 sodas a week. right now its 1 soda every day. and i'm shooting for 1 every other day. but just changing from fast food to regular food or healthier food makes a big difference

going to a sauna causes the toxins to remove themself from the fat cells or sweat themself out

give that a go
