Antibodies are a type of protein. They are produced by the immune system in response to foreign substances that may be a threat to the body -- such as chemicals, virus particles, spores, or bacterial toxins. (These foreign substances are called antigens.)
Each type of antibody is unique and defends the body against one specific type of antigen.
Please see the web pages for more details on Antibody.

Antibodies are heavy globular Y-shaped plasma proteins that are found in blood or other bodily fluids of vertebrates. Thay are also known as immunoglobulins and are used by the immune system to identify and neutralize foreign objects, such as bacteria and viruses.

Antibodies are, therefore, an essential component of the adaptive immune system that learns, adapts and remembers responses to invading pathogens. So in this instance( presence of infection ) , high antibodies indicate that your immune system is working. Production of antibodies is the main function of the humoral immune system.

High thyroid antibodies might mean autoimmune thyroid disease. If your antibodies remain high, they’ll most likely damage your thyroid gland. Eventually, the damage may be so severe that the gland can no longer produce enough thyroid hormone to keep your metabolism normal

Other possible causes of high antibodies are chemical reactions to antigens, which are substances that provoke an immune response. Many dozens of conditions can produce a positive result on these tests, including drug abuse, flu vaccinations, past infection with malaria, pregnancy, and liver disease

You could also have a urine infection of soemthing - best to clear it up with a doctor. But i don't think it'll be anything to worry aboput as these infections can be cleared up by antibiotics..
