Alright. So my best friend at college has a little sister that just came up to school. He doesn't want me to have anything to do with her, but she is So Hot, and she keeps texting me and sending me messages on Facebook. What should I do? I would like to try and get to know her better, but I don't want to lose him as a friend. Also, their dad is my landlord, so it complicates things even further.

if the only reason u like her is because she is hot
then dont do it leave her alone stay a friend no more
if there is other reasons then ask your friend first and make sure it is okay with their dad

Here's what you need to ask yourself... Are you interested in her as a long term possibility or as a piece? If it's a piece, then you really need to look elsewhere. If it's as a possible gf/bf relationship then talk to your friend and tell him you would really like to get to know his sister better and that you wouldn't betray your friendship by just going after her.
Also, I'd tell him that she's obviously interested in you and provide proof of the messages if he doubts you.
ONLY talk to him if you're interested in her as more than a quick piece. Also, you don't say what the age difference is but if it's more than a couple of years.. WHAT ARE YOU THINKING???
No man wants his sister to be with a man whore and if that's what he sees you as, then that's why he told you to stay away from her. And if that's what he sees you as then you should seriously think of modifying your ways.
Once you win over big brother then HE can help you win over dad next... but please, don't jeopardize your friendship if it's only a piece of tail you want

Hey did you tell him that you wouldn't hang out with his lil sis if you did you should keep your word as a friend and the part about her dad you need to think about how she be if you and her hurt each other because she might make it hard on you to stay there well let me just say this your in a bad spot with her and you can lose your friend and place to stay but I see no hurt in hanging out with her as a friend I know that is hard to do

oh man....what a tough situation. is this ur best friend from like high school too? or did u just meet this guy and live with him at college? anyways, if u do whats right, u would stay away, but some flirting would be fun. i think its ineveitable ru will hook up though.

Oooh stay away! If you hadn't added that the Dad is your landlord I would have said go for it....but dont poop on your own doorstep as my Brother always used to say....really you could lose your home or make life sifficult...move on...at college there has to be more hot girls to chase....go for them!

JUST BE FRIENDS ... ask your friend why he doesn't want you to have anything to do with his sister! ... just ask... and don't even think about being a boyfriend to her... if you want to keep your friendship with your friend you better not do anything to his sistah! ... later in time your friend might allow you to his sis.... but for now... just back off!

Leave her alone and tell her that you're not interested. It wouldn't work out in your favor, and it's not worth losing your relationship over, and you would feel bad and regret it. Imagine if it were your younger sister!

dont get caught. I wouldnt want anybody messing with my little sister sure she is 22 but if my friend slept with her i wouldnt like it, but if it was somthing they both wanted i could live with it.

fact is, us girls sometimes just want to hook up to, but the bad thing about that is that sometimes our emotions get in the way and we become attached. so even if she says that its just for fun she will end up getting hurt. and her older brother will be the first one she tells. trust me he is the first one I always tell when boys break my heart.
