Will it just come off with the rest or what? I went from 205 to 201 in 5 days, so do I just keep on and my manboobs will shrink? Their not very big in the 1st place, they just point thru my shirt and I hate it.

if you keep losing that fast you wont lose your man boobs.
if you lose more than 1-2lbs a week its most likely water weight and muscle you are losing which also means you are slowing down your metabolism and will gain it back plus end up with higher body fat percentage , therefore -bigger boobs.
the only way to get rid of them - lowering body fat percentage which you achieve by healthy diet and exercise (cardio)
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)
8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

yeah, just keep going with the diet that your on as far as eating goes....
start doing some upper-body workouts too...
push-ups and do bench presses, military presses, and butterflies all with low weight & high repititions

after a couple weeks, your man-boobies will shrink away.

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night

do your grocery shopping with a list and a time limit that way you re less likely to stray into the processed foods section
