Dont!!!
The plan they have now is not teaching you healthy eating habits -only counting points (calories) which is too little for anyone.
(e.g. people who are 20lbs different need very different amounts of calories per day e.g. 115lbs or 135lbs)
when you eat too little you lose water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism and fee the yo-yo cycle.
