No. My Mom had insomnia from ages 9-60. Two hours was a good night of sleep. Some nights she didn't sleep at all. She ached from lack of sleep. Then she finally got help through a sleep clinic. She was put on a circadian schedule, and Elavil and Klonopin. Today she's a beautiful well-rested healthy 79- years young. She sleeps 7 hours straight a night. It's the closest thing I've ever seen to a miracle.
Great question deserves a star!! :)
