brown rice are whole grain food (complex carbs) - you cook them the same way as white rice.
and even healthier than brown rice is wild rice.

Brown rice is healthier. It scores lower on the glycemic index. It's cooked the same way as white rice, but it takes longer to cook.

There is much sugar in white rice. So for diet brown rice is of course better, and it is healthier too.

Brown rice is healthier for you- than white. And it just takes alittle longer to cook. It's REALLY good- with small chopped vegetables mixed in as you cook it. Add alittle cooked, diced chicken- & you have a complete meal! :)

Brown Rice is better bcz its having full garin with rich source of vitamins
Normally we can cook in any form

i think white rice is bleached and brown rice is natural.
