how do u usually figure out ur spouse is cheating?what do u look for?(body language, excuses, signs) really anything that comes to mind.

Men who cheat change their daily habits which they have carried for a long time. Some examples are as follows:
1. they start coming home late from work
2. they decide they need time out with the guys and leave often
3. they start showering and wearing a different kind of aftershave or deoderant
4. they run to answer their cell phone when it rings and act real secretive about who is on the other end
5. they suddenly start working over and on extra days
6. they lose interest in home and family activities
7. they start wearing newer underwear and cloths
8. money starts coming up missing from your joint account and he starts needing more cash for expenses
9 he gets an interest in a new sport such as volley ball, working out at the gym or a new fitness club
10 he gets caught in small lies and lies again to cover up
My 1st husband cheated and left me with a 11 month old and a 3 yr old to raise by myself.
Dont expect your friends to tell you anything either. They cover up. My ex husband showed up with a co employee to the employee Christmas party and they were all over each other according to the bartender who was my friend, and this was 2 weeks before I delivered our daughter. She brought me a expensive gift to my baby shower.The company had a baby shower for me. Imagine that! They all knew he was cheating and no one told me. I was beyond hurt and felt like a fool. I could go on and on and on, but it just upsets me.
I hope your not being cheated on. It led to a lot of grief for me and I would not wish all the sleepless nights on anyone.
Its been over 18 yrs and I still hate his guts.

Insecurity about your own wear abouts. Basically if she all of a sudden start caring about the people you are hanging out with then she just might be cheating. Maybe he/she pulls away when you try to give him/her affection.

If you seek you shall find! You're never supposed to go looking for something wrong and You're never supposed to accuse them either. When someone is accused that makes them feel as if they may as well cheat. If it's meant for you to find out it'll come to you, so don't you go to it.

I heard it's when you're spouse stops nagging you that they are probably cheating.

Start checking (or sniffing) their underwear.
(dried pecker-tracks, etc.....)
