why do ppl say its hard to lose weight? i thought if u eat less/ healthy and exercise u will lose weight right? so why is it hard? dont get it please explain.

people cant commit most of the time.
weight loss needs lifestyle changes because only permanent changes will give permanent results.
most of people want a quick fix and they "go on" a diet which makes them lose water weight and muscle and slow down metabolism and all it does is feeds the yo-yo cycle.
you just have to learn to read food labels, nutrition and ingridient info, stay away from all the junk food which tastes good etc.
plus - the stricter the diet the bigger the binge in the end is gona be.

Eating bad and living a sedentary lifestyle is just as easy a habit to acquire as diet and exercise.

Pretty hard to break bad habits without motivation.

Been there, now I am loving exercise and eating right. It took a big event in my life to finally get going, but I wish it had been easier to adopt such a great habit.
