no it doesn't, it just clumps them together and make them LOOK longer and fuller, try more protein in your diet but I do seriously doubt that that will help. Eyelashes have a terminal growth, meaning they only grow to a certain length and then stop growing longer...else everyone would be walking around with 18 foot long eyelashes and not be able to see..cha!! when was the last time that you heard of someone needing an eyelash trim???

straight from an article (web link below)

"Applying Vaseline to your eyelashes helps strengthen them and when the old lashes fall out, the presence of Vaseline helps the newer ones grow in thicker and, in some cases, longer.
In order to see results, you have to apply the Vaseline every night, not two or three nights out of the week. For some people it takes a few weeks to see a change, while for others it takes a few months. Even if your lashes don’t grow very long, the Vaseline will do a good job of making sure your lashes are shiny, healthy and strong."

Any oils and grease like Vaseline will help your eyelashes and eyebrows grow because it's moisturizing. It's just like moisturizing your hair. But to seer esults in your eyebrows you have to do it consistently and massage for blood flow to see results. It may take weeks or months but if you want them they should be worth the wait. If not, use latisse. I hear that works too.

If you really want them to grow, there is a product from Jan Marini called Age Intervention. It's like a liquid eyeliner that you put on your lash line and your lashes grow. It's basically the same ingredient that is in the eye drops of glaucoma medication. They found that this medication was making glaucoma patients eyelashes grow... It's pricy, $120 a bottle the size of mascara but works!

I wouldn't use Vaseline... My aunt used to dab a little drop of olive oil on her lashes. Don't remember if they were long and lush though

i did no longer use Vaseline yet I used the jelly thingy. properly vaseline has that element so i assume its the comparable. i attempted this time-honored for a month of January to work out if it somewhat works. My effects: the 1st few days, my eyes have been given sore from the jelly. they seem fuller. yet no longer longer. They fall out much less. My lashes are better. So it would not advance your lashes, purely makes them better and fuller. I shoulda of completed a YouTube video on it.

No. Why would it? There are several products on the market designed to do that.

To find some go to amazon.com and type in TALIKA EYELASH GEL. It will show you that product and competitors on the bottom.

You can buy it there or buy it on ebay cheaper.

not it does not work. there is actually no product out there that works. I work in a salon. A full service salon. When you put Vaseline on your eye lashes they get all slimmy. Not matter how well you wash it off in the morning. You are still going to have some on there. So when you put on your make up. like mascara, you mascar will not stay on and whenever you blink you will have black specs under your eyes. some of us were born with great eye lashes others were not. that is why they have false one.

No! The length of your lashes is genetic. They won't grow any longer. You have to use mascara to make them appear that way.

not really. It just makes the next day looks like you've just put on mascara when you've really didn't. Meaning it makes your lash curl just slightly and it makes it more stronger so it won't fall on your eyeball.
