The color balance has gone out, either failed (new TV time) or the knob was bumped. You should be able to find a knob or a menu item for jiggering with it. If worse comes to worse, you might be looking for an almost unlabeled slot or shaft on the back or paying $50 to a repair shop to look at it. If the TV is old enough, buy a cheap new one.

thats a good thing if its black and white.if not ,its time to keep the kids and pranksters away from it.
i'd unplug it for a while and see if ...
you may need to visit a thrif store or two get a good 2nd hand one.up grade to a 25,6or 7!!
get one with a reset button
