Has anyone had any prophetic dreams about such an event?
Are we on the eve of destruction?

I had a detailed dream year ago. I've had prophetic dreams in the past with all the same qualities (clarity, clearness and way to many details). It sounds crazy I'm sure. Nothing brought the dream on Tv, talk ect. Came out of nowhere. Thats what scares me.

In the dream one of the characters said it came without warning. "It just happened"

What else in the dream happened? Did you see where it hit? Did it change coastlines or anything? How about tornados and earthquakes as a result? Haven't had a dream about a meteor, but have had a few seemingly (but hopefully not) prophetic ones about mass destruction. (all natural, not man-made)

any way, this is the way I think about it though. First, Jesus said that no one knows either the day nor the hour. Finally, I work towards doing the right thing, and hopefully making the world a better place.

I refuse to worry about things that I have no control over. God can do that for me. I choose to be concerned about following Creator to the best of my ability.

There are many things yet prophesied in the bible that have not come to pass, so unless it all happens rather quickly, I doubt it, although God is the one in control, but I believe the prophesies have to be fulfilled first.

I do believe that when all prohesies are fulfilled, after the anti christ is revealed to be Satan, that it is possible that God will use something like an asteroid to destroy the earth which is likely what happened when the He destroyed the first earth age. You know, can you imagine how disgueted God gets with humans? Yet he still loves us, and will forgive us 7 x 70 times a day. That is 490 times a day if we ask. He had to be an awesome God to put up with the likes of some on this earth. Makes me feel ashamed of what man has become on this earth, and how disrepectful so many of the human race is.

I had a lot of prophetic dreams about WWIII, but so far they haven't come true. Scientifically, we're bound to get hit again sometime, but we don't know when. Unfortunately, although some of us are looking for them, we keep finding new ones after they go past us. That seems to be because then they are between us and the sun and then they are visible. you need to have tried to divert the trajectory of the asteroid's orbit long until now then, while it would have taken the smallest volume of power (study rocket power) and the smallest volume of mass and gasoline to deflect the asteroid's course. while an asteroid is purely weeks removed from impact( it could have been referred to long until now it have been provided that close), that is TOO overdue. Blowing it up will purely create a gaggle of much less super impactors which will do greater harm over greater floor component to the Earth while they impact. 3 section plan??? i'm no longer likely to waste my time simplifying it any further than I already have. You for sure do no longer choose for to understand the technology in the back of this. (My apologies in case you do choose for to understand. definite. i'm nonetheless in grumpy temper, and that i'm getting apple juice throughout my keyboard from the apple i'm ingesting.Sticky keys. Ughh!)

No. It's scheduled to hit in April 13, 2029. Don't believe me, look it up. Do an Internet search. Oh, and by the way, it's a Friday the 13th.

I am banking on NO. I've had some creepy dreams though.... mostly involving my evil sister-in-law. Could that perhaps be prophetic of destruction?

I don't think so. But it seems like i read somewhere one was going to hit around 2050 or something. Though others have said we might get hit with one on 2012 but not sure if it Will be a asteroid. But something big is supposed to happen that year. 2012. I dunno about y'all but I'm excited!

Na,..I think we'd know about it by now. But I think an asteroid will hit the earth again someday. just a matter of time really.

No... the next closest one (that we KNOW of) is coming April 13th 2029... closer to us then our satellites! They think it will miss us then, but if our gravity or whatnot tweaks it's path at all, it might come back around some years later and get us then.
