Yes and it is a simple matter with common hand tools and an inch pounds torque wrench. The kickdown band adjusment is on the outside near the cooler lines, the low-reverse band is inside and the pan must come off.
Loosen the lock nut and make sure the adjuster turns freely. Run the kickdown adjuster down to 72 inch pounds and back it out 2½ turns. Tighten locknut while holding adjuster to 30 ft. lbs.
Do the same with the low-reverse band but back it off 4 turns from 72 inch pounds.

Adjusting bands on an auto tranny, regardless of manufacturer, is a pretty standard maintenance item due to the design. You could always call the local Dodge dealer and ask them.

Yes they can check a haynes manuel or a chiltons for the proper procedure and inch pounds of torque.
