Is 18.5% body fat good for someone wanting to do Pararescue in the Air Force?

the military goes by the BMI not body fat %. 18.5% is ok but for optimum health you should shoot for the low teens.

i have no idea about what the air force requires. but I'm sure you are fine. don't listen to that guy. its impossible to have 0% body fat. he was just being a jerk. Good Luck. :)

It's fine, they allow up to 22% body fat for males.

Nope, they require zero % body fat . Sorry buddy . Try the police force .
