start by finding someone online or in person look for someone with the same mentality not interest those can be changed or worked on . be interested in her don't act like you are. females want the same thing you do. girls generally in your case may seem to know more about dating cause they get asked out and it seems you are not asking to many out you go ta ask um out you may get a few that don't work out but then you have some experience under your belt once you find one that clicks all that other stuff happens she will ask you over and will want sex; never met one that didn't start today find a girl online and just talk and don't let one or two girls opinion throw you back a decent girl will be up front and let you know what your not doing or what she thinks if your just wanting sex well that's alot easier than finding misses right . decide in your mind which one you want and just do it work on it everyday . i dont know if your shy or what you look like but when i was your age i was ugly as sht! something happened i dont know what but i got good looking and i had less dates now than i did then and the girls back then seemed to be really nice, good times well i hope that helped
