Yes He is, because He is always with me. He promised He will never leave me or turn away from me. I can trust in His loving care wherever I am. He loves me so much He even took the punishment for the sin in My life, so that I could go to heaven and not have to pay the debt. He paid it all with His body on the cross at Calvary. I will always be thankful for that and I will always love Him.

He is mine. The Bible says that He will stick closer to us than a brother and times that I have needed Him, He has always been there even when there was no in the flesh there for me. He has always made a way.
