Employers... definitely. If they had nowhere to work, they couldn't survive over here.

All. Ultimately it is our governments fault for letting the illegals in and their fault again for not enforcing laws on illegal employment.

Our government let this go on when all they had to do was go forward with the national ID card for all citizens.

Yes, good ol' American greed by some American employers is a culprit, selling the country out for more money in their own pocket from hiring cheap illegal labor; but the problem is so deep now that an employer may not have a choice as the labor pool in certain industries has all become illegal.

One argument is...hey...our government let them all in, now the market can only be successful with illegal labor. Now our entire residential construction market has been taken from Americans...what a damn shame, and there are many more markets. What will these poor college kids do if they want to put themselves through school by working?

In the end, citizens pay taxes to government to protect us and organize the country. This was not done by our government who we hire. Illegal aliens can't be blamed for just wanting to work and make money. The employers do not have power to control this country's labor pool.

Blame the Bush administration for not doing a damn thing and letting all of us citizens get ATTACKED by illegal aliens. ALL of our family's livlihoods have been harmed as our US economy is being robbed. This money belongs to US citizens, but illegals take the money "back home" This is half the reason our economy is historically bad and bleak, the other half is useless war teaching no one nothing and costing the other half leading to the terrible economy.

Sorry if I answered too much, but I don't want to just talk, but show the result of the direction to prove this answer.

The law is clear and very specific in its provision. If those who are mandated to implement the law will apply it according to the letter, no matter who gets hurt, illegal immigrants will not keep on doing what is illegal. Run after illegal recruiters and those government officials who are making a mockery of the law. Yes if only man will abide by the rule of law, his own conscience and above all, that of his Creator, then this world would still be a paradise for everyone.

both but more so the employers of illegals. what most ppl don't realize is that the illegals are not getting better lives their work on benefits the greedy companies that suck the life from them while screwing the legal citizens by not paying them a decent wage. also consider this, the tb (tuberculosis), hepititis and other diseases generally though to be eradicated in the U.S. are on the rise...why because other countries such as mexico do not give shots against them like our children/ people in the u.s. get. so that illegal working at in the kitchen of your favorite restaurant may not look sick but could be a carrier and the food he/she touches, sneezes or coughs on could be your ticket to illness. consider too that our citizens are required to have vaccinations, they have to have a tb test done for school and college but the illegals don't, why ? because they use fake papers. i don't have a problem with immigrants coming here but just respect the citizens of this nation and do it right.

somewhat, it is component to the bill. some thing you're failing to understand is that the two the, "do no longer come into our usa illegally" regulation and the "do no longer hire illegals" regulation have been already in place. they simply weren't being enforced. AZ hasn't completed something unique right here. we are purely so used to the government finding any incorrect way with regard to unlawful immigration, that when a state has the audacity to place in writing legislations that enforces regulations that presently exist, all of us gets their panties in a gaggle. It says plenty approximately how a great way off our usa has gotten that such an uproar is being remodeled the enforcement of our very own regulations. additionally, I ought to function which you're making the theory all of us's crossing the border to do valid corporation. whether coompanies did the perfect ingredient, plenty might pass the border besides with a view to go away poverty, have infants right here, run drugs, flee their own government, etc. i'm no longer asserting maximum who pass over have evil intentions. i'm purely pointing out that no longer all sufferers are in reality sufferers.

both are the problem make no mistake they are far more expensive the pro illegals indicate. low-skill immigrant households received nearly three dollars in immediate benefits and services for each dollar in taxes paid. the link gives a breakdown of the cost on uneducated illegals. it will push the middle class standard of living to the poverty level. by forcing wages down and since poor and rich do not pay taxes it will be up to us to carry everyone. i have all i can carry. amnesty no! sorry this goes back to 1986 when the reagan administration gave amnesty to 2 million illegals and did not build a wall to secure our borders. so both political parties are responsible for this mess then and now. the bottom line is cheap labor benefits rich people and our government is loaded with rich people

The government, employers and illegals. The government always give huge tax breaks to big businesses, employers tcheat employees and taxes, and illegals who work for little pay. If employers were truly forced to pay taxes for each and every illegal employee and pay at least minimum wage with tax deductions, it would help the citizens financially. But according to the government- businesses are more important than citizens.

illegal employers... definitely. you can't blame foreigners for wanting to come to our country (particularly Mexicans) because this is the land of opportunity. They want nothing more than to make a decent living and eventually move back home and share their wealth with their family. Unfortunately, many of them don't realize what it takes to become a Unites States citizen. It's hard work, I'm sure. Employers are to blame, because they're greedy and they just want cheap labor. Well guess what they're doing! They're making the American dream harder to achieve for ACTUAL AMERICANS! If employers weren't looking for such cheap labor, none of them would ever come over! The illegal immigrant problem would end. It's so simple, yet so distant...

The problem of illegal immigration rests on the politicians of Mexico. Watch TV from Mexico...does any actor look Hispanic? The Mexican "elite" WANT to get rid of the Mayans and Aztecs, so send them to the US. The Mexican government only wants those of Northern European decent. They're racists, so they figure, let us deal with THEIR problem.

I realize many people are upset because of illegal immigration, but has anyone noticed that no one complained about illegal immigration until our job s started going out of the country and left our people without jobs? and now that our great leaders have signed all of these stupid agreements with other country's who can get people to work for slave wages, our people are getting excited about the ill legal immigrants who have jobs and they don't , and they are right ,but where is the real cause? our great president Clinton got us started in this mess with the free trade agreements with south America, China. and other country's and our business men such as Mattel , Wal Mart, their concern is only profit, and since they can buy for less than half price from these slave country's and sell for the same price s if made in America and their C,E,O,s are getting million dollar bonuses they live great. I wouldn't be surprised if they are not the ones who started this B.S. about illegal immigrants to keep people from looking at them for not hiring Americans to build their products, they sure are a sly bunch of thieves, maybe we should look at this problem one more time.
practicle thinking. for your information when our forefathes came to this country, they came prepared to fight and suffer for what they got, today when these people come here they expect to get free education, medical, welfare ect, in fact I saw on T,V, wheret his black lady was on this ship form Africa, she said I am not getting off until I get my welfare check???? I will bet one damn thing , the indians didn't offer any welfare checks to any one.this **** makes me sick.

Both are the problem. But I do think it'd be easier to control it to go after the companies that hire these illegals.. If in the end, it is not worth it to hire them they won't.. And in effect, there really wouldn't be a reason for them to come in the first place..
