I'd want mandatory term limits on Congress, twelve years each house. Might help thin the dead wood. :-)

Seriously, the Constitution is a great document - and despite wrangling here, it works really well for Christians, Jews, Muslims, and many other faiths. Why change now?

If we could just get a no-torture of any sort clause - I thought that was the "no cruel and unusual punishment" clause, but apparently that only applies if you're convicted, not if you're a prisoner...

First, ammendments are virtually meaningless now. We no longer follow constitutional law.

Second, why would I want either of the ammendments that you just mentioned? Like the majority of Christians, I have no problem with evolution, and abortion has already been decided by the Supreme Court.

Placing anything like that in the Constitution would be contradictory to what the founding fathers wanted. We do not want a theist government. However we also are not willing to just rollover and play dead. While our moral values are taken away. Just like any other religion or non-religion we have the right to vote and voice our opinions. That is what Freedom is all about.

I wouldn't make any amendments I don't think, but a fetus has the same amount of brain activity as a six month old. Think about that.

I would require the Supreme Court to base all rulings on ORIGINAL INTENT, and throw out all past rulings which fail to meet this test.
