Just do it!
Strike a conversation, and when she's warmed up put yourself out there and let her know how you feel.

If she shoots you down you know its totally over and you can move on

if she doesn't shoot you down then you know you have a chance.

so good luck

Say that the past is the past the future is now and that you like her and if she has the same feelings for you then you will click if not, you werent meant to be.

I know how you feel, notes help, maybe even a poem if your that romantic. Or just invite her to like lunch or dinner and talk things out.
goodluck

well you got to try to talk to her first and then when you have let her know what your feelings are or ask her if she still has feelings. but dont be so pushy.
