It depends on the reasons why your mother and grandmother are "sterile". But without knowing the reasons, you probably have an increase chance of the same condition. There are many options and treatments available these days, and they only get better, so I would suggest seeing a fertility doc and a geneticist/genetic counselor if you are concerned and are ready to have children. Ha ha. My old GP told me this one when I was 9. Sterility is inherited, because if your parents didn't have children you won't either. He also told me the one about having 11 fingers.

So You were never born..and your mother was not born either. So you are saying that you do not exist. Then if you don't exist you can not have kids.
And if you were adopted then your mother was adopted as well. That would mean that you do not know your biological parents. So you would have to be tested.

yes there is a possibility you could be sterile...but nowadays there is so much treatment and tests to be sure...i would express your concern with your parents and your OB/GYN to see if they can start these options for you
