Call it God, Spirit, whatever you like.....I dont mean to offend anyone, and intend to include everyone with this....

I was looking for examples. Was it a feeling? A specific outcome?

I'm just wondering what other people think, because I'm not sure in which way I should be looking at my own life.

Thanks a bunch.

I have indeed felt what you describe. I got held up in 1983. 3 guys held me up with a double barrel shotgun. they could have easily beaten me up. I was drunk at the time but I walked away twith almost half the money I started with and my life. I knew God was with me and I cant describe it. I wasnt even scared until i went with one of the police to an all night gas station where about 150 cops had these guys surrounded
and i was actually about 15 feet from the trunk they popped open revealing a LOADED shotgun. Thats when I went weak in the knees.btw i have been sober for 17 years now.
i wish the robbery would have been enough to mak me quit drinking sooner. The thing is you have to find what works for you. For me I know that my perception of God has saved my sorryass on more than one occasion. I find comfort in believing in God. and I cant prove His existense. I wont get anyone to believe as I do. Our perception of an all powerful diety in any form we so choose is a personal matter as is our
choice as to whether to believe in the first place.

I have had both experiances.
One of the most vivid was when I was at the top of a set of stairs and slipped on the top step. I missed ALL of the steps and was suddenly standing at the bottom. I don't know how I got there but it was like I just took one step and was at the bottom.
I have also had the feeling that I should or shouldn't do something and it lead to the right outcome.

So many times... I was just on my way to work walking the other day and I was praying for a car well by the time I got to work someone was selling one for a couple hundred dollars exactly what was in my pocket. I have been in accidents and many disasterous situations only to be cured from any physical harm I pray and I have been thru a real hard time last year destitute but I forgave the persons who caused my financial ruin and now I have a house a mile from Disney and it so cool. Get in touch with your spiritual side and feel the connection. You truly reap what you sow.

Yeah. Riding motorcycles on the streets and freeways of Los Angeles, I have to believe that my guardian angel had to be working overtime.

It was several outcomes. I know that my angel took the handlebars a number of times.

I know God is looking out for me, although I can't come up with specific examples. I'm in a weird mood right now.

I used to make myself believe that "something" or "someone" is looking out for me. The spirit of my dead mother, perhaps. She died when I was a baby.
Then things started to go horribly wrong, so she either switched off completely or was never there in the first place.

When I was 12 my mother was an addict and she used to leave me alone in our apartment for days at a time alone with no food, water, phone, or electricity. I went out one summer day and locked myself out. I was trying to get to an modeling appointment at a city hotel and was desperate. I lied to a nieghbor and told him I new a friend at this hotel and would he please drive me there. He agreed. While I was waiting for him to get his keys and stuff, my father who lived about 1 hour away came to the apartment. He said he was there to pick me up and take me home with him. He told me later that he was sitting on his couch at home and something weird came over him. It was like someone was telling him to "get up and go get your daughter." So he did. It was a stupid decision on my part, but I don't want to even think what could have happened to me if I had gotten into that car and went to that hotel.

I felt like someone is watching over me, it comes in handy most times when I listen to what is being said, usually a warning like the feeling to slow down and be careful when driving to avoid tickets and wrecks

It happens to me all the time!!! I totally love it. Its like someone is putting their hand on my shoulder and whispering in my ear. I have had it happen to me when my kids were about to get into something they had no business messing with, when I have been driving and something told me to slow down because a deer was going to cross in front of me and one did!!! I even had it happen to me on a Math test the other day in my College algebra class!!!
