It means that he's an idiot, although we already knew that. Evolution doesn't have anything to do with how the world came into existence. I think he's trying to be slick by saying evolution isn't real without having to actually say those words.

That Bush doesn't have a clue what he is talking about.

Like that is anything new.

Abiogenesis/Creation is a totally different argument than evolution. He should have said "On the topic of evolution, the verdict is still out on how God humans have come to be what they are today."

Even that simply shows he is an idiot. Which is obvious regardless.

evolution is how the world came to be.... the christians are still looking to give their non existing god credit... like they've tried to give him credit for everything else while all the evidence still keeps pilling up against them.

He's implying that evolution hasn't been proved yet, and that his god must have created the universe. Wrong on both counts.
