1. Talk to your priest. You might be experiencing a call to a religious vocation.
2. Go to mass whenever possible and analyze why you're happy - take time to linger in church and listen and hear and write down your thoughts. Do this several times.
3. Pray & rejoice more - receive the sacrament as often as possible.
4. Find a woman of faith to share your concerns with.
I will pray for you! Grace and peace, little sister!

Cultivate a prayer schedule for yourself with daily Mass(if possible) or watch it on TV( if not )and with devotions that involve Bible reading( start with the New Testament, maybe the Letters of John)
Closeness to God is ultimately the only relationship that can give us enduring hapiness and fulfillment where all other relationships with their joys and sorrows and developing that relationship should take priority over every thing else.
Get a good spiritual director;many dioceses haveoffices of spiritual development. Religious orders of women that are faithful to the magisterium and faith and who have a eal and Catholic spiritual life could help you with advice.
Do you have CDs of hymns or devotions that you like?
Do you have a little New testament with psalms that you can carry around with you?
Are you active in your parish with its ministries and apostolates?
Do you converse with God/
Do you do some spiritual reading?

It is a lovely thought that you are truly happy when at Mass. I wish all Christians could reenact Jesus' sacrifice and eat and drink his body and blood as he commanded, as explained in John 6, 1 Cor 11:23-29, and elsewhere.
Jesus strengthens us with his body and blood to know him, love him, and serve him in our families, work, and daily lives. He wants us to be happy serving him in all things, not just at Mass.
One of my favorite prayers is the Morning Offering. Here is my personal revision, with which I start each day:
Father, through the words and example of Jesus, I offer you my prayers, works, joys, sorrows, triumphs, and sufferings of this day, for all the intentions of your perfect wisdom and intelligence, in union with the holy sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the conversion of lost boys and lost girls, for the defense of the truth, with the charity of the Samaritan, for the perfection of happiness, and for the development of a completely Christian character, in the image of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Cheers,
Bruce
