1) Avomine 2) Dramamine 3) Meclizine and 4) Cyclizine are the drugs. A tablet 1/2 hr before flight prevents it.

I think the most common OTC treatment for motion sickness is Dramamine (dimenhydrinate). A very similar medication that also works is Benadryl (diphenhydramine). There are much stronger antiemetics by prescription, but these are about the best you can do OTC.
