I been pigging out all day, on mostly no fat foods, the worse thing i had was a cup of ice cream, but i ate alot of other things along with healthy breakfast lunch and dinner and drank at least 12 bottles of water! i am still hungry! how can i stop this! i ran for 45 minutes today, walked briskly for another 30 minutes stregnth trained for 35 minutes! will i gain weight from this :((

I hear ya, honey. My appetite goes off the charts when I'm premenstrual. I try to control it, but I get mad salt cravings. As long as you exercise regularly, you should be okay.

I do that too when I'm about to start my period. I get extremely hungry and basically become a bottomless pit. I want to eat anything and everything and nothing seems to fix the craving. I also get really thirsty. If you exercised you will probably be fine. Now if you ate like this everyday, yes you'd gain weight.

let me give you a tip: never eat cold things while on your period or about to start. then you'll get a very strong stomachache, and you'll feel hungry very fast even if you eat alot.
