Well, that's my interest right now. And others' too, seemingly.

I have a site called http://www.glutenfreedietbook.com where you can sign up for a weekly gluten free recipe and article in your mailbox and find out about the various publications I have available.

Though I guess you already know you have an intolerance to gluten, if not, or just out of interest, there's a multiple choice quiz "Are You Gluten Intolerant?" here: http://www.glutenfreedietbook.com/factsheet

you can also go to Google.com and type in Gluten Free Recipes. Or you can type in Celiac Disease and they will have lots of recipes there. I just went there and saw a number of sites that have recipes that are gluten free.

If you are planning on baking any desserts, I know the sites may mention using almond flour in place of regular flour but I found things don't rise with that. But I did find that using coconut flour I get a better rise on my cakes than with almond flour. You can ge the coconut flour at any store that sells Bob's Red Mill products. If they don't have it there, they can order it for you.
