I definitely eat more on a work day, volume wise, snacky snacky snacky. But on my days off, we are more likely to eat out which means more calories per meal.

For me personally, I follow dieting better on work days rather than a day off. Because on work days I am busy, and have my mind on things that have to be done, and things that I want to do and all. But on the days that I am off I have nothing to keep me busy which makes me tend to break my diet.

My only diet regimen is: No breakfast, just lunch, & no dinner.

Snacks are fine but in small portions. :-)
