ok i like this boy hes 18 and im 13 and i have a older sister and my sister has been friend with him for along time and when i was little he would always play with me and if i was feeling bad he would chear me up . just last year i was outside and he was talking to his friend and one of them said if some body hurt lindsey i would jump him and then the boy i like he said he would kill him if he hurt me . i really like him and lately i keep seeing his name every were and its driving me crazy .

even befor he turned 18 he would lay on my shoulder if were sitting close and he always always hug me and kissed me on the cheak . i be turning 14 next month and he turned 18 last month

You are much too young for this since he is of legal age. Wait about three more years before thinking of dating and anything more. Enjoy just being a cool kid and keep all the really nice friends you can get.

I know how hard it can be to like a boy at your age. I had some big crushes when I was younger. Being friends is really best, relationships are a lot of work. 18 is pretty old, I dated a 17 year old when I was 15 and he really ended up being bad for me, though I didn't see it at the time. It is normal to really like a guy and want to be closer, when you are older you will have plenty of relationships. My main suggestion is to not be alone with him, self control is not reliable on keeping you from doing stuff you would regret. Always hang out when other people are around. Do you have a mom or aunt you could talk to? Would your sister listen to you? Good luck.

I think you have a crush on him. You are kinda young though. I mean he's legal and you're not right now. Try looking at other boys and having him as just a friend instead. Maybe you'll get to like someone else and have him as a friend so incase you need him for anything, he'll be a friend, not a boyfriend. He could get in trouble kinda even though it's just five years apart.
