Who did Jesus (PBUH), say his Father was? Did his Father have a father? Who did Jesus (PBUH) pray to?

On his adopted father's side it was Jacob.....see MT 1:16
On Mary's side it was Joachim....see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joachim
Both Catholics and Orthodox Christians consider Joachim to be the father of Mary.
