To me what is valuable in life is life itself. The ability to spend time with your children if you have them or family and friends.
We are all guaranteed to die but we can choose how we live it until then so that is the value of life to me, using each precious moment with quality of what ever I happen to be doing.
This is just me though. Material things may have physical value but that is nothing compared to emotional value.

Experiences.
There is no life without them. Whether the birth of your children, the love you feel for that special someone or just a conversation with a complete stranger.
Experiences are the most valuable thing that life has to offer.

Feeding the hungry, clothing the naked and giving shelter to the homeless. Next weekend, I'll be repairing homes in an impoverished neighborhood 20 miles from here.

I guess one of the most important things I consider valuble is my testimony. It hopefully will continue after I am dead. People of course are valuble, others lives.
