It mean that she has issues with self-esteem and letting go, and you have issues wth self-control.
Time for a parting of the ways - you to a clinic for help and her to a counselor for help.
You won't be able to make a good match until you clean up and think about other people than yourself. She won't be able to make a good match until she knows she can make it on her own and just may choose to partner anyway.

it means she cares. she may not want you - or want to be with you, but i think if you ever had a small history of a relationship, she cares about you. the world can be a small empty place, if you have addictions, be glad someone out there cares for you, and cares enough to hope that you are happy and taken care of. a smile also means its ok - she has realised you are just human, and we make errors, and she probably wants you to know - you have a friend, if you ever need someone to turn to - besides the addictions. either that or she is obsessed with you...

Proberly that she likes you but not our addiction, its no exuse, as being that way is your choice do not blame the addiction, just do something about it,...Good luck,, you will be a better person for having done it.
