Consider Valencia or the Santa Clarita area (my husband & I lived there for a few years before we retired and moved out of state). They have an excellent school system and its a very safe community. It's also near (and north of) San Fernando Valley. Others who responded mentioned West Hills; Calabasas; Thousand Oaks. They're also very good & very safe communities with great school systems too, however, traffic may be pretty rough going to/from..... Good Luck! If you're considering buying a home, it's a great time as prices of homes have dropped!

Only in Vegas..
The poconos has this crazy resort with huge champaigne glass JACUZZIS like all tall and up high.. and crazy freaking rooms..
I know that is far but if this is for like a movie or something..
