How do most women feel when men look down their low-cut blouses or low-cut dresses?

I am not talking about regular clothes, but some of the tops and dresses women wear today show as much as half of their breasts (just enough to cover the nipples). Do they want the attention? Are most surprised by the attention?

This can be a catch-22 for the guys. If you are an attractive male and are caught taking a look - the girl will like it. If you are not really attractive to her she will not like it and consider it sexual harassment. Or may pretend not to like it just so she won't look like a tramp.

The bottom line is if a woman at any time wears skimpy clothing she is asking for attention. She may not like the fact that the attention may come from someone she'd rather it not.

It depends. I would never wear a low-cut top just above my nipples. I live in the UK....its basically asking for a cold. lol. I like wearing low cut tops (waaay above the nips) that enhance my figure. I only wear such tops on special occassions and usually its a low cut dress. I would never do a low cut top short skirt combo. Its good to leave something to the imagination. A woman wearing a top THAT low, is not neccessarily asking for attention. Maybe she just feels comfortable in that attire., she craves the male attention (something deep rooted) Or maybe its a confidence booster for her. My mother always told me, Regardless of what a woman wears, NO man has ANY right to oogle her, harrass her or call her names.

I have implants and understand the responses I'll get when showing them off. If I'm wearing something to show my cleavage then I expect men to gaze...if I don't want gazes then I cover up. It can be a nice feeling of power... ;)

Most women have no idea how they look from the guys eye point of view. The are clueless. Even if you tell them how they look they still won't get it.

About half of them want the attention, in general, though at least half of those only want attention from a couple guys and want everyone else to ignore them. The other half just want to look good for themselves, and want everyone to ignore them.

i think if there wearing it that low then they think they have something to show and don't care who looks. they think they are sexy. If they cared then they would cover up a bit more

I almost never wear that kind of thing, but when I do I appreciate having men check me out. It feels good. I don't see what's so bad about being desired or appreciated.
