Breakfast is all carbohydrates & sugar, that's calories;-{
try cottage cheese with mixed fresh fruit like berries, &
sprinkle wheat germ or flax meal over it. Or else hot oatmeal.
Carrots, celery, sliced peppers, radishes, zucchini, etc.
Make dip out of 1% fat yoghurt & 1% sour cream;-}
flavour with fresh or dried herbs, lemon juice, etc.
Use a little horse-radish or tobasco for some heat.
Forget white-bread, get whole wheat, or wraps are better.
Sliced chicken or turkey & cheeses are OK if lo-fat.
Add lettuce & tomato for some flavour & colour.
Check those calories on the granola bar, they're loaded.
You can make your own with a good recipe:
dried fruit, nuts, grains, etc. but watch the honey.
Lots of vegetables in many colours, but not potatoes.
Meat should be lean, fish is even better, but not fried.

sugar turns into fat.
They have sugar free syrup. that would be better.
frosted flakes and cherios is a good choice.
Toaster strudels are an absolute no no.
Lunch - carrots and ranch is great. Try a low fat ranch tho
sandwhich use wheatbread. its healthier. forget about check mix and hawaiian bread. Both bad. Granola bars are healthy, good and lowfat. thats what I eat. Lots of fiber helps curb appetite!
Dinner... grilled chicken or thinly sliced steak. with veges or another healthy side.
EAT and drink a lot of fruit and vegetables! I lose a lot of weight.

No no and no. The problem is that while you may lose some weight you will be exhausted. Nearly everything that you have listed is sugar and carbs, very little protein. You have to have protein in order to give you energy. Instead try a hard boiled egg for breakfast with a yogurt, a baked chicken breast with some vegetables for lunch, and a well balanced dinner. You should also add at least two healthy snacks during the day, like an apple and a piece of cheese, or some cottage cheese and grapes or something like that.

You breakfast is not so good..everything else is okay. I would like to see some salads and fresh fruit though.
Why not try Multi-grain bread and cheese for breakfast, or whole wheat bread with a smear of Peanut butter....or whole wheat Cereal, like Wheat Chex...add some fruit and milk,,,,not too bad.....forget the pancakes, waffles, toaster strudel, sweetened cereal.....all terrible for you and should be used only once in a while for breakfast....at any rate, get some fresh fruit in there somewhere.....and maybe a handful of nuts....like pecans or walnuts.

Instead of frosted flakes which have lots of sugar (and sugar has lots of calories) try regular corn flakes with splenda instead of sugar.
If you want to lose weight AVOID SUGAR AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. That includes sweetened cereals, syrups and granola bars sweetened with honey and such.
The carrots with ranch dressing is the better choice for a light lunch, IMO. Make sure you get some protein at dinner time.

Not so good, because of all the sugar and fluffy white carbs you love! Here's what I would suggest.
Breakfast- a serving (check the box) of Basic Four, a banana, or plain low-fat yogurt with fresh fruit... so yummy...
Snack- Veggies with low-fat ranch dressing.
Lunch- PBJ with just a TAD of PB, J that has no added sugar (but no Splenda either, try Simply Fruit, I think it's by Smuckers), on whole wheat bread.
Snack- Cottage cheese with or without fruit
Dinner- Chicken (white meat) baked with a low-fat vinaigrette on it, mixed veggies or a salad with low-fat dressing.
Under 1200 calories a day should do it, don't eat later than 7 at night. I personally don't like to eat closer than four hours before bed.
Try to only eat low calorie, low fat, and low sugar foods. Well, at least two of those conditions is okay, but all three is better. Good luck!
P.S. I've heard that aspartame (Equal/Nutrasweet) turns into formaldahyde in your body, a.k.a. poison and also gives you gas, so I never eat it. It's gross anyway. Splenda is nasty too, so I just learn to like things with less or no sugar. Lattes taste sweet all by themselves after a while!

You are displaying the wrong image for successful dieting.
You cant blame the food, its your attitudte towards food that needs to be addressed.
What i mean is that you could have asucccesful diet on cream cakes, if you only eat 2 a day and nothing else.
So your question is a bit "not on the mark".
The meal above sounds delicious, but what will you do for the next day? Your meal is pure energy which your body stores as fat, if it is not used. I recommend to substitute some of the energy items with leafy greens.

No, Breajfast should be a fruit smoothie made with any fruit you like. Add some yogurt and raw oatmeal. These heavy crabs and sugary things spike your bloodsugar level and put on pounds
Lunch carbs and veggies no meat and carbs
Meat and veggies are good for dinner.
Also drink 2 glasses of water and wait 45 minutes before you eat in the morning
