If religion made sense, it wouldn't be religion. It's no use trying to make any sense of it.

First of all you are generalizing again. You can't speak for all Christians.
But are you saying that if a Christian owned a piece of land, that they paid hard earned cash for, and someone tried to take it away from them, that just because they are a Christian that they should just let some one have the land that they had paid for? Yes our real homes are in Heaven, but while we are here we have to live some where. I don't own any land, but if I did and the fight came to the point that some one was going to get hurt or die, then I would give it up first.

Well I think its more of an argument that they should be FREE
to ALSO worship on this land, that it doesn't need to belong to anyone, but still EVERYONE.
As far as an earthly possession, I don't think that that is anyones intention,
I can certainly see your point , but you also must remember that CULTURAL Aspect,
For example, Many people feel its their right to freely practice their religion,
Others believe you Must practice their religion, as Law
And Still others, feel that We should love Everyone ECT...
Which one is MORE REAL?
Your reality is not everyone elses reality,
As a whole America is righting to free Iraq, BUT free them from what?
They LOVE being Muslims, and the Majority of the people are Muslims, and they would prefer Islamic Law.
However, Western perspective is fighting for the few whom would prefer to practice as they wish,
WHO IS WRONG?
Neither, Bahai's believe that We should always do whats best for the group and that we should defer, to the Majority rule , Not that your opinion doesn't count because consultation takes place and everyone is able to state their opinion, But in the end we Vote. And sometimes its NOT my suggestion that is chosen as best for the whole group.
I need to then step back and detach and then accept and put myself whole heartedly into the act of realizing this decision for MY GROUP.
Right now they aren't in a place where they are even capable of detaching, accepting, seeing the bigger picture of whats best for the WHOLE WORLD. They can only see themselves.
As far as the war over realestate, Well one has nothing to do with the other,
Its more about Which faith will acheive GOD's Presence,
And in their eyes their GOD is worth fighting for.
ONE GOD.
10 Billion Religions
Who gets GOD?
Who?
Thats what its really about.

ALL people have fought over land from time immemorial... religious or otherwise. Ever heard of Genesis? The reason we "toil" and labor on the land? If you think about it... which I HOPE you DO.... LAND is one of the most important elements for human... and animal... SURVIVAL. Without LAND, we could not produce food (or hunt for food)... without LAND we could not LIVE. We CARE because we care to SURVIVE... and that is common to ALL living beings, not JUST religious folk.
Our SPIRITUAL home is in heaven with our Lord...but our PHYSICAL home is here on EARTH... LAND. Let the land GO? To WHOM? No thanks... let's keep going the way we are.
Have a blessed day.

You are absolutely right.
In the Baha'i faith (which I agree with or I would not have joined), it is likened to fighting over a grave. Animals are considered to have better justification for their territorial disputes than people, people are instructed to live harmoniously with each other, and all life.
Obviously this is not wide spread practice except -perhaps- by the "silent majority". Though use of material resources to excess, or misuse, is wide spread by the silent majority, and I think is a crime of negligence of similar stature to the crimes of violence, as far as property rights encroaching upon human rights. But that is remedied by social and technological changes more easily than human obsession of who's land is whom's...
By fairness all should be handled with some equitability in regards to the whole, while allowing use of resources in a responsible manner by individuals, and that is a problem hard to tackle when people have in the ancient past have been few and far between enough to do as they wish on their settled portion. With rising population, greater consciousness of unanimity of use is being forced upon us by sheer requirement if we are to respect human rights and environmental rights, all.
God bless.

The Zionists have performed extra to damage the Jewish race than Hitler did. After international conflict II, the international united in admiration and love for the Jewish human beings, who had suffered a great deal. Then got here sixty years of terrible conflict between the Zionists and the Palestinians. The Israelis bulldozed the houses of any mom whose son or daughter fought hostile to them, in many circumstances without giving the occupants caution that the partitions were about to go back crashing down on them. children who threw rocks at their squaddies had their fingers reduce off. even as an American protester named Rachel Corey tried to quit the bulldozers from destroying an old woman's residing house, they only ran her over and killed her. interior the intervening time, united states of america of america has for years despatched an annual present of billions of money to the Israelis, as if it were a bouquet of flora from the yank taxpayers.

Could it be that one of the Greek gods was stolen by
a mideast tribal leader and used to keep their "flocks" in line
then that "other" tribe killed or otherwise destroyed the original tribe and stole their god and the tribal bunch of that
tribe ran amok and captured all the other tribes and henceforth there in lays one big problem because of other
entities in the world. Not to mention the fact that the orient
never got attacked by the original mob (however they are
still at work, as we speak)...wow!

peace be upon you
for example: Palestine .
The land is arabian , arabs own it .
The God will not let us enter the heaven if we surrender and let our rights to be lost and didn't defend our land and religion.
If muslims let palestine , the jews will destroy all islamic signs in it , they will destroy our mosques and burn our histroy as they are doing now.
But muslims always build and don't destroy in civilizations.
Do you know Salah El din and how Arabs(Muslims and Christians) was dealing with crusaders ?
Arabs permit all religious people from everywhere to come to visit jerusalem and they respect all religions to be practised there.
But jews don't want other beside them , their aim is only to destroy arabs, and this is clear for all people.

jews don't believe that our "real home is in heaven". this life is what we're supposed to focus on, not the next.
and jews have learned that without a homeland, we can we persecuted and killed, even in places that used to be our homes, used to be safe. you let go of your land if you want.
