All the foods listed can become contaiminated. Maybe you meant to say spoiled. When something is contaminated that means that an outside substance has been added to it. As for spoilage, none of the listed items are really known carriers of hidden spoilage ie:botulism and the like. What that means is by visuallly inspecting or smelling you would be able to tell if the item has turned.
Cheese, will either dry out, turn moldy or rancid (release oils) all these will effect the taste and smell but really wont hurt you unless you consume a ton of it.
Bread will dry out or go moldy. You can visually see the mold and it will have a musty taste and smell. Again not really harmful
Tuna will stink. If your sense of smell is not the best, possibly right at the turning point you might not pick it up ad eat it. Might end up vomiting from it but thats about all.
Beef can spoil and turn rancid, but dont fear you will smell it and taste it if it has.
Yogurt gets runny and moldy but realy wont hurt you
Biscuits - see bread
OJ pretty stable will just taste funny and might give you the runs
Margarine it will get ugly in appearance long before it gets bad enough to be harmful.

All of your list could become contaminated or spoiled simply based on age, much less with outside sources of contamination. I've even had orange juice go moldy on me (forgetting about it in the back of the fridge).
