Camera flash question! ?

is it easy to fix a nikon coolpix L4 that the flash is not working? or is it just not worth buying. (ebay)

I'd pass on it. Repairs will be too expensive to justify.

You probably won't be able to fix it yourself. It'll have to be repaired by either Nikon or an authorized repair center.
