Kiki is always easy because it sounds like kitty. But that may be moreso for a female. How about Max? One syllable, easy for the cat to understand and for your daughter to say. Plus it's just a cool name.

My favorites have always been a person name....less humiliating when yelling out the door for a cat.

I know this is a bit over done, but Fluffy is usually easy for a child to say, other then Kitty. Some other names:Jellybean, Mittens, Spot, Teddy.

When I was little one of my words was kitty ("kee").
I like Bob! I would stick with a one-syllable name.

my dog was named bosco we nicknamed him boss.. my son had a dog that he named peanut. different other pets that we have had in the past were sunny, midnite, stormy,hero,shadow, fluffy, tom, momma, kitkat, logan, jimmybean, bubba, buddy, brutus..mittens was my sons favorite uptil he decided to go out tommin and not come home..
