I have an idea of something I'd like to create and patent. I need to find a very small motion sensor and a motor to accommodate the sensor(similar to that of soap dispenser). Where can I find a website with instructions on creating such a device or where can I purchase what I need.

You will not find a motor that "accommodates" the sensor.
The sensor and its electronic circuit will always be (physically) separated from the motor, but it will control the motor via a pair of wires.
Judging from your question, you need a friend you can trust, and who is an electronics (hardware) engineer to help you design your "soap dispensor once you put your hand underneath it".....

Sounds like the automatic water and drying dispensers in use today in rest areas and other places. Don't see why they cannot be used to dispense soap too, in fact I think some already do.
