It's sad that some people really don't have anything to live for.
I'll pray for you.

Ah the age old question of how to destroy an entire belief system. We know that mass genocide is not the answer though it is favored among those in power. The problem is that there are so many religions. Even those who claim to reject all religion end up with one of their own making such as atheists. Just because they don't gather and worship something together does not mean there are not groups who have the same idol. The most common idols of the atheists would be money, power and of course self. Judaism and Christianity have both survived attempts to physically destroy all believers and at least. In the case of Christianity it only caused the spread. As for Judaism it generally has the effect of strengthening their relationship with their God. Muslims have survived many wars and attempts to convert from their own beliefs. Alot of the other religions manage to lay low and avoid the attention that Muslims and Christianity attract. So the answer to your question is NEVER.

When people can learn to take responsibility for their own lives.
When people can learn to be responsible for there own actions, without excuses or blaming others.
When people can learn to deal with reality without needing back-up... be it religion or drugs or alcohol or... As the saying goes "religion is the opiate of the masses".
When the zealots can look at the phenomenal photos taken by the Hubble Deep Space program that show thousands of other galaxies visible in an extremely small portion of the galactic view. And then realize just how small and utterly insignificant the Earth and its inhabitants are when viewed on a universal scale.

When we actually find the answers to what we are seeking concerning God or whatever Deity is worshipped. Not very many people know that religion has altered over the years. Most religions of today are so self-absorbed in making money that they have forgotten God all together. They preach about good will and the like but anyone who does not worship the way they do is considered a heathen. Trust me, I know all about it ... they even go as far as taking 10-15% of your work check to be an active member in the church.

Hmm. I don't know. Nice to know that you are more than implicitly calling me and everyone who shares these beliefs crazy. They have a phrase for that, "against community violations". But that is neither here nor there.
You are angry. Some or multiple Christians have shamed you, judged you, and not acted with the grace, mercy, and love that Christ models. Until you admit that that or those people hurt you, until you can seperate out that many people within the subgroup you have chosen to be prejudiced against do not act like that and would not, until you can realize that we are all individuals just as those who do not believe are, than you will not be able to interact with Christians in a mentally healthy and healthy communicative (EVEN if disagreeing) manner.
When will the mental disease of baiting with intent to draw blood and rejoicing in the pain you think you've caused be cured?

The "cure" will come only when the practitioners of these religions realize that the positive aspects of their beliefs are merely guidelines for living their OWN lives in a fruitful manner. When they ALL (Christain,Muslim,Jew,Buddhist,Alien Worshipers, whatever) awaken to the fact that their respective dogmas aren't for everyone, they might just become tolerant of each other.
Until then it's going to be a miserable time for everyone else as long as these folks keep trying to convert,or preach doom and destruction to those that they would consider nonbelievers.
I would tell ALL religious zealots the following...
1.If your little book makes you happy, and brings you peace...fine! Just keep it to yourself.
2.If you MUST try to convert others, then you need do nothing more than open the doors of your house of worship so that the curious may find out for themselves.Just don't come knocking on my door!
3.Your accusations of intolerance are being echoed by those of other faiths (including those of no particular faith!) that despise you just as much as you despise them.

Since mental disease is a medical condition that religion does not fall into...maybe you should check your own stability and see if you may be in need of a evaluation in a mental heath center. Being a scriptural person is not a crime, but being a bigot should be.

I take it which you're an Atheist? nicely, via historical past, you will observe that interior the incredibly undesirable situations, faith flourished. i think of this is a manner for human beings to help manage themes. there is scientific evidence, in spite of the undeniable fact that, that Jesus and all of the apostles have been authentic. Supernatural, sorry, 'unexplainable' issues do happen and, i think of, faith is a perception that facilitates clarify that and provides desire and faith. in my view? I do exactly no longer understand and that i do no longer think of every physique does.

I always refer to it as more of a virus, when implanted in the mind at a young age, it uses the vessle of hopes, desires, and fears to reprogram the brain and use it to recreate the myth and transmit it to others, it may never be cured, it is a part of our evolution in the precense of self awarness and the awarness of death and our primitive desire to avoid death, it will change into something completely different over the ages but in some form will remain part of our pshychological makup forever, even we athiests are still limited to our perceptions of the reality that surrounds us, we cannot claim that every theory we have in our heads is correct, we simply do not know.

God will soon use the governments of the world to destroy false religion for her lies (ex. trinity, immortality of the soul), bloodshed and involvement in war. Also, false Christian religions will be destroyed for getting involved in politics and supporting wordly govt's when they should be supporting the Kingdom they pray for (Matt: 6: 9,10) ruled by Christ Jesus. Then the govt's on their own will attack God's true peace loving people (who remained no part of the world as Jesus commanded), and God will then destroy all human governments for being so defficient in creating a world of peace and security. It will usher in a time when everyone on earth will be united in the same TRUE faith, and love, peace, and security will reign. Everyone will live in perfect health, the way God meant life to be. And everyone will live forever on Earth. Also, our lost loved ones will be brought back to live and they will enjoy perfect health too. Psalms 37:10,11, 29. Prov. 2:21,22. Daniel 2:44. Isaiah 65.
