I hate it when people say "Carmel" It's CAR-A-MEL!

There is a place called mount Carmel and it's a mountain not a yummy topping or candy!

Caramel, on the other hand, is burnt sugar, or coloring or flavoring derived from burnt sugar, for instance, caramel apples.

People can agree on it; check any dictionary. On the other hand, there are a lot of illiterates around who don't know how to spell. Look at all the spam that talks about "loosing" weight!
