i have a c.sharps 22 short pepper box that i want to sell . i was wondering if anyone knows who would like to buy such a thing . Its very old. 1859 to be exact. and in great condition.

I have found them to be much more than fair in their dealings. You really need some idea of its worth.
Anything that old is classified as an antique firearm and subject to much less stringent regulations than anything modern.

Shotgun News and Gun List both have categories for antique firearms and there may be some listed so yo can get an idea what to list yours for. Other than that use google to find values of your gun. And then advertise locally in the Collectors column.

Try asking around local gun shops. I'd avoid trying to sell it on line as they're too many potential legal hassles.
