I met a man with no expectations for our dinner date in my hometown..unfortunately we hit it off big time.....i had a great time and I know he did too and was pretty happy..here is the problem....prior to his arrival, we chatted non stop and had lots of talks on fone, since our dinner date and his departure....He has not called me or even dropped me an email, but will IM me....whats up??? No matter what I had emailed him before visit....he responded to....now since visit, he has not responded to any of my emails...and no fone calls.....whats up with this? I so wanna tell him how i feel but dont' want to look too desperate....(he has lots of money)......why hasnt he contacted me? has he conquered his mission?

The Jerk Store called. They were out of him. As difficult as it may be to hear, he may be married. He'll respond to texts, but never take calls? I'd say chock it up to experience and find a decent guy.

I think this is a bad sign. It is puzzling so perhaps there is more to this than you had a chance to share with us. At any rate, I suspect he feels that he has accomplished his 'mission' and now can take you for granted. At that point he doesn't need to continue as in the past.

The other possibility is that despite the appearances of your date, he has decided that he does not want to pursue the relationship any further. You are correct in one thing.... you DON'T want to appear to be clingy, desperate, or as if you're chasing him.

I recommend, as hard as it may be, to just let things ride and go about your life. Sooner or later, this will make sense.

Good luck.

IF IT IS MEANT TO BE, IT WILL BE...I UNDERSTAND THAT YOU LIKE THIS GUY BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE IT OBVIOUS...LET HIM CHASE YOU,DON'T CHASE HIM...AND IF HE DOESN'T REALIZE THE PERSON WITHIN YOU...THEN IT'S HIS LOST. GOOD LUCK
