12 We believe in being subject to kings, presidents, rulers, and magistrates, in obeying, honoring, and sustaining the law.

13 We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous, and in doing good to all men; indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul—We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things, and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

ikehubbs....if you're Christian...

Maybe I should just make fun of all Christianity just like you made fun of my church...

"I believe in a man who can fly into the sky"

"I believe that BLACKS are black because they broke the word of God"

"I believe that someone came back to live without the help of CPR or any other medical help"

"I believe that there is an invisible sky fairy that kills people"

"I believe that we're all inbred"

I can go on...you just know what we do...not why...maybe before you want to judge people you should realize what you're even making fun of...

Not to me.

1. Neglects the fundamental doctrines of the Trinity.

2. I agree with this.

3. I would change "may be" to "will be," and drop the part about obedience to the Gospel.

4. I agree with these.

5. I disagree with this. I agree that ordination should be according to the laying on of hands.

6. I don't think there is any evidence that this was an organizational structure. On the contrary, the early Christian organizational structure consisted of priests, deacons, and bishops.

7. Absolutely not.

8. No and no. Neither the Bible nor the BOM are the Word of God. And the Bible does not claim that distinction in the first place.

9. I agree with that.

10. Oh God no.

11. I agree. Except that we should draw denominational lines and maintain the purity of specific religious traditions.

12. Yes.

13. Yes.

It's the best religion for man to follow in this life and gain eternal salvation and exaltation through obedience to God's laws.

No. It sounds like Mormonism.

It should say:

We believe in magical underware.

We believe in dunking 14 year old kids in a bath surrounded by rock oxen so that jews can go to heaven.

We believe that indians are red because they are evil.

We believe people who look like the amish live on the moon and sun.

In fact, we believe just about anything!
