I drink a lot of milk maybe 3 cups a day. I drink 2%. I recently started breaking out a lot, but i've always drank a lot of milk.

No, this probably isn't the cause. Most nutritionists actually recommend at least 3 servings of dairy per day. Most likely your skin is just acne prone and nothing you're doing is causing it. Wash your face twice daily and use an acne regimen and if this doesn't work, then see a dermatologist. Generally the acne will subside in adulthood. Just don't pick at it or do anything else that will leave permanent scarring!

It can do. There's a high fat content in dairy products. Try to give milk & other dairy products a break for a while, drink lots of water & try exfoliating your skin a few times a week & use a light moisteriser. If all else fails there are effective antibiotic lotions which you can obtain from your Doctor. Too much milk also depletes the body of vit c.

No way. Milk is healthy and good for you. Something else is causing the acne. See a dermatologist or look on line under that name to see the causes of acne.

It shouldn't unless there is something in the milk you are allergic too. My guess would be you are just having a breakout. Get some acne wash and you should be OK. Drinking milk is good for you. Try switching to 1% to cut cals if that's an issue. Its not as bad as you think. And its not as bad as skim.

yes, when they pasteurize the milk at the dairy.they boil it.the heat kills the enzymes and amino acids that make milk digest well so it doesn't digest well and over loads your blood stream with unusable milk particles and then its pushed out the pores of your skin and then you have acne.common sense will tell you that. the people above don't have any idea about it. stop drinking milk.and white flour products and red meat.

It's not the milk. There has to be another cause. Most likely it is not from food at all. Check with a dermatologist to find out what is causing your breakout.
